During our stay they made it clear that housekeeping needs to be requested which was a bit different but we were fine with it. We called the night before and got our room cleaned just how we liked it, also the extra towels we asked for showed up quick after a night out.
It wasn’t cheap but considering the location and space, it was acceptable.

The location was excellent, placing me in the heart of Manhattan, convenient for business meetings. The breakfast offered a good selection with freshly made omelettes and friendly staff who were helpful during busy times. The fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout.
The elevator wait times were excessively long, and the dining area was too small, making breakfast quite chaotic.

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. The location was perfect, just steps away from Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. The complimentary breakfast was varied, with fresh omelets cooked to order, though the breakfast area could get a bit crowded. One downside was the slow elevators, which were frustrating at times.

During our stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the drinks and snacks during the evening reception. Both offerings were top-notch and definitely a highlight of our experience. The location was perfect for our visit to the nearby attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square. However, we found the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the floors felt dirty and we had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Loved the cozy King Studio Suite with a microwave and fridge—perfect for our family leftovers! Elevators were speedy and the room was surprisingly quiet. Big thumbs up for charging ports everywhere!
I did feel bad for the poor little refrigerator throwing a tantrum all weekend! Breakfast was great, but no trays for my breakfast haul, did I mention I’m a professional juggler?

missingWrote a review on Aug 28spacious accommodationprime locationcrowded breakfast
The spaciousness of the King Studio Suite with Sofa creates a comfortable living area, ideal for families wanting extra space. Proximity to Times Square provides easy access to city attractions and adds to the excitement of the stay.
The pull-out sofa bed lacked adequate bedding. having no extra blankets or pillows was a downer for the kids. I also faced a lengthy wait for basic toiletries like shower gel—gotta say, that’s not what I expect from a place like this. The crowded breakfast area made it hard to find a seat, which is tricky when you're all trying to eat at once, and the leak from the shower created an annoying mess to deal with every day. Lastly, navigating the elevators proved frustratingly slow at peak times.
